Explore MOHD Data

The Multi-Omics for Health and Disease (MOHD) Consortium shares its data through complementary public-facing and controlled-access resources. The MOHD Data Portal provides an entry point for exploring the consortium and its available datasets, while AnVIL provides authorized access to participant-level data for approved research use.

Snapshot 1 — November 2026

The first MOHD data snapshot includes harmonized multi-omic and phenotypic data from more than 950 participants across MOHD disease study sites, representing approximately 7,000 datasets.

MOHD Data Releases

MOHD releases harmonized data to the research community in periodic snapshots. Each snapshot represents data available through the MOHD Data Portal and/or controlled-access resources at the time of release.
